Shipping information

We ship to the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Ireland and Spain.

• Shipping fees are calculaed at checkout based on your location.
• We offer free standard delivery on orders over €99.
• All our packages are sent as insured parcel post via Postnord.
• Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days.
• Orders placed before 12 pm on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. During busy periods, we do our best to ship your order within 1-5 days.
• You will receive your track & trace number when the package leaves our warehouse.

 

Shipping options

We ship all international parcels with Postnord. We use insured parcel service and you will receive the track & trace no. as soon as we ship your order.

The following shipping options are offered with PostNord:

Denmark:

• PostNord home delivery (the package is delivered to your residence).
• PostNord parcel shop (you choose your place of delivery and the package is delivered to the chosen parcel shop).

Germany and Austria:

• Postnord home delivery (the package is delivered to your residence).
• Postnord parcel shop (you choose your place of delivery and the package is delivered to the chosen parcel shop).

Holland, Belgium, Finland & Sweden

• Postnord home delivery (the package is delivered to your residence).
• Postnord parcel shop (you choose your place of delivery and the package is delivered to the chosen parcel shop)

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.
