Below are some of are common questions about orders
You choose the item(s) you want to purchase and add them into the "shopping bag". You can edit the contents of the shopping cart at any time and continuously check the content and price of the good(s).
- When you are ready to place your order, click the shopping bag icon and click "Checkout."
- Enter your information and click "Continue to Shipping Methods"
- Select the shipping method you want and press "Continue to payment method"
- You will be directed to a secure payment page where you will enter your credit card information. You can cancel your order at any time until you confirm your payment information by clicking the "Finish payment" button.
The order amount will first be deducted from your account once the item(s) leaves our warehouse.
Acknowledgement of receipt of order and order confirmation
When you order an item from us, you will receive an acknowledgment (order confirmation) of our receipt of your order. However, there is first entered into a binding purchase agreement, when you have received an order confirmation from us.
If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam filter and unwanted mails. Otherwise, you may have entered a wrong email address.

You can always track your package on Postnord’s homepage. Your parcel number has been sent to your mail, together with your invoice.
In case you have not received your track and trace number, please contact us at online@leveteroom.com, so we can inform you about the status of your order and package.
You can change your order on the order date until 12 pm.
If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, you need to let us know within this time frame. After that, we can't guarantee that we can change your order.

If you have not recived your order by a few days, please contact us so we can assist you.
If we by mistake delivered the worng order to you, please return it by using the prepaid return label and contact us.
We will make sure, you won't pay the return fee.
If you have complaints about defects or damage to your clothes please contact us at online@leveteroom.com.
- If you have a disount code or a giftcode, it must be entered at checkout.
- After selecting the product(s) you would like to purchase, you proceed to checkout and enter the you code under "Discount Code".
- When you press the "Apply Coupon" button the discount will automatically be deducted from the total.
Please note, discount codes can not be combined unless else is stated.
If your discount code does not work, don't hesitate to contact us.

We pay the credit card fee on all online transactions.
We also accept PayPal and payment through Klarna. For paying with Klarna please read their terms.
Security
All purchases through www.leveteroom.com are via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). We therefore do not have access to your account information. Only NETS (formerly PBS) has access to your data. Your personal contact information is 100% confidential and will never be handed over to others.
Shipping & Returns
Find you answer to questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
- We ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Ireland and Spain.
- Shipping fees are calculaed at checkout based on your location.
- We offer free standard delivery on orders over €99.
- All our packages are sent as insured parcel post via Postnord.
- Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days.
- Orders placed before 12 pm on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. During busy periods, we do our best to ship your order within 1-5 days.
- You will receive your track & trace number when the package leaves our warehouse.
We ship all international parcels with Postnord. We use insured parcel service and you will receive the track & trace no. as soon as we ship your order.
Denmark:
- Postnord home delivery (the package is delivered to your residence).
- Postnord business delivery (the package is delivered to your workplace).
- Postnord parcel shop (you choose your place of delivery and the package is delivered to the chosen parcel shop).
Germany and Austria:
- Postnord home delivery (the package is delivered to your residence).
- Postnord parcel shop (you choose your place of delivery and the package is delivered to the chosen parcel shop).
Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden and Ireland:
- Postnord home delivery (the package is delivered to your residence).
- Postnord parcel shop (you choose your place of delivery and the package is delivered to the chosen parcel shop).
Finland, Poland, Estonia and Spain:
- Postnord home delivery (the package is delivered to your residence).
NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.
- You have 14 days to return your order or parts of it when shopping online on leveteroom.com. Your cancellation period starts when you have received the items.
- If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve the deadline is extended to the following Monday.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
- Use the enclosed return label, so you are sure that your package is insured.
- Remember to write down the shipping number so you can track your package.
- Please enclose your receipt and the completed return form on why you want to return your order.
- When returning the items, we do a refund of the order deducting a small fee of €3,95 if using our prepaid returnlabel.
- If you wish to exchange for another item or color, you can make a new order on our webshop.
- If your first order had any discounts, we will make sure that you also get it when purchasing your “correct” item - all you need to do is to contact us at online@leveteroom.com regarding this and we will find a convenient solution.
- Make sure all products are in their original condition and packaging.
- Please enclose your receipt and the completed return form on why you want to return your order.
- Place the return label on top of the shipping label on the outside of your package. By using the enclosed label, you are sure that your package is insured.
- Deliver your package to your local Postnord post office.
- Remember to keep your shipping number, so you can track your package.

- NOTE: We are not responsible for the return package until it is in our possession.
When we receive the items, we check it for its content and refund the amount you have paid to us upon purchase - please note we will deduct a small fee of €3,95 when using our insured return label. The amount is always transferred to the same credit card as used for the purchase.
NOTE: It can take up to 14 business days for our warehouse to process the return, we therefore ask for your patience. Please contact us at online@leveteroom.com, if the refund takes more than the expected time frame.
IMPORTANT
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired because:
- You have actually taken the goods in use.
- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
- You have handled goods otherwise than was necessary in order for you to determine the nature, characteristics and the way they operate.
- You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal resulting from sealing, product type etc.

We strongly recommend mending where needed and treating the garments as required for them to last a life time.
